„Inter“, defending their "Serie A" title, secured their fifth victory of the season. Immediately, the Italian champions defeated "Sassuolo" 2:1 as guests. After the first half, the score was 1:0 in favor of "Sassuolo" following Dominico Berardi's goal from the penalty spot, but "Inter" responded in the second half with two goals. Edin Dzeko scored one goal, and Lautaro Martinez scored the other from the penalty spot.
