"Milan's „Inter“ fans also decided not to stay silent when they heard the words of former team striker Romelu Lukaku. The Belgian not only expressed disappointment with his situation at „Chelsea“, but also addressed words to the Italian club's supporters and hoped to return to the team in the future. „I want to apologize to the „Inter“ fans for the words I said last summer. What you did for me will always stay in my memory“, – reassured R. Lukaku. However, these sweet words did not leave an impression on the fans. They hung a banner next to the „San Siro“ stadium with the inscription: „No matter what happens when it rains, what matters is what remains during the storm. Goodbye, Romelu.“
