The Milan club is hoping to acquire two new footballers before the winter transfer window closes - midfielder Houssine Kharja and striker Giampaolo Pazzini.
For Pazzini, the Italian champions Genoa's "Sampdoria" team are willing to pay 13 million euros and transfer the rights to Frenchman Jonathan Biabiany.
In the "Serie A" championship, Pazzini scored six goals in 19 matches.
In addition, the creative Genoa midfielder Kharja may move to Milan. He would be loaned to the Inter team until the end of the season and replace Sulley Muntari, who will move to Sunderland.
In the national championship, the Moroccan played 13 matches.
