It seems that Mauro Icardi and Radja Nainggolan will have to look for a new team.
Inter Milan director Beppe Marotta stated that the club does not see both players in the plans for the next season, so their collaboration with them will end this summer.
The situation with M. Icardi has been known for some time, but the club's management and coach Antonio Conte are also not satisfied with R. Nainggolan, who joined Inter just last summer.
"When you create a project, you have to find the right people for it," Marotta said to "Sky Italy". "We had the opportunity to personally talk to the players. We understand their contract situation, but as a club, we have expressed our position, which, in our opinion, is the most important."
"Both players know very well that they are not in the team's plans. This does not mean that we doubt their talent, we still see them as two great footballers.
However, we believe that leagues are won by a group of players, and talent brings victories only in individual matches. Our priority is to triumph in the league. With all due respect to both players, they are not part of our project," said the Inter director.
