"Inter" resisted offers to sell promising Argentine player

"Inter" sports director Piero Ausilio revealed that this summer he had received a very attractive offer to sell the forward Mauro Icardi.

According to the Italian, foreign clubs offered about 25 million euros for the 21-year-old Argentine.

Earlier, the press reported that the promising player is especially interested in the teams of Madrid's "Atletico" and "Liverpool."

"We rejected all offers. We will not sell Icardi or Mateo Kovačič for any money. They are priceless for the future project of "Inter"," the director said.

The Argentine's contract with the Milan team is valid until 2018, and the 20-year-old talent Kovačič has a contract until 2017.
