The "Serie A" team would like to extend the contract with striker Lautaro Martinez as soon as possible.
According to "Tuttosport", Argentine agent Beto Yaque will meet with "Inter" managers this week, who are afraid of increasing attention from foreign teams to the 22-year-old footballer.
Although the current contract with the player is valid until mid-2023, it includes a clause to buy out the athlete for 111 million euros.
"Inter" director Beppe Marotta wishes that such possibilities would not be included in the new contract.
In this "Serie A" season, L.Martinez scored 4 goals and made 1 assist in 8 matches.
