Milan's "Inter" coach Roberto Mancini revealed that his team is working intensively to try to bring "Man City" midfielder Yaya Toure to the club in the future.
The 31-year-old African player almost left his team last summer, stating that he was undervalued among the ranks of the English champions.
Y. Toure, who has been coached by R. Mancini in the past, was convinced not to leave, but now the representatives of "Serie A" will try to win him back.
"This midfielder is one of the best footballers in the world and still has a lot to offer. Toure has played for many teams in Belgium, Spain, Russia, and England, only Italy is missing and it could be a good opportunity," said Mancini.
"We are working to make the deal a reality. There are several players who can change the face of the club, and Yaya is one of them. Next season we will only be missing three champions to close the gap with 'Juventus'."
This season, Y. Toure has played 26 games and scored 9 goals for "Man City."
In January, "Inter" strengthened their squad with Lukas Podolski, Xherdan Shaqiri, and Marcelo Brozovic.
