Iron Discipline of H. Flick: J. Kounde Regrets Being Late to Practice © scanpix

Fans of the "Barcelona" team, which is demonstrating excellent results this season, should be grateful to the club's new coach Hansi Flick.

The 60-year-old German employs a clever tactic and has instituted strict discipline within the team.

This season, defender Jules Kounde was able to witness this firsthand, as he dared to be late to player meetings twice.

According to "Mundo Deportivo," on one occasion, H. Flick waited for the player by the exit door, then slammed it shut and started yelling at the footballer. Later, J. Kounde lost his place in the lineup for the upcoming match.

"Before the matches, we have 2-3 meetings. It is very important that all players participate – it’s not difficult to arrive on time. If you are late even by one minute, you show disrespect to your teammates," said H. Flick.
