Vinicius Junior was seen glaring at the referee during Friday's match, received a red card, but, apparently, will avoid a longer suspension.
According to "Marca," the "Real" star is expected to be suspended for just two matches.
Vinicius' actions against the "Valencia" goalkeeper were not considered aggressive. It was merely a response to provocation, adds "Marca."
Meanwhile, "Real" is upset that the match referee focused not on "Valencia" goalkeeper Dimitrievski's provocation but on Vini Jr.'s actions. This was also mentioned by "Real" coach Carlo Ancelotti after the match.
Next week, "Real" will participate in the Spanish Supercup. There, Vinicius' suspension should not apply.
