Atletico Madrid has reached an agreement with Manchester City for the acquisition of Julian Alvarez.
Journalist David Ornstein reports that the Madrid club will pay a buyout clause of 75 million euros for the 24-year-old Argentine, and with add-ons, this amount could rise to as much as 95 million.
J. Alvarez will become the most expensive player sold by Man City in the club's history.
Now, the player just needs to finalize the details of his personal contract with Atletico.
Interestingly, Manchester City only paid about 17 million euros for the Argentine back in 2022.
