Recently, Josep Maria Bartomeu, who won the presidential elections for the next four-year term at "Barcelona", pledged to "sweat blood and tears" for the club.
With 54.63% of the votes, Bartomeu, who has been in charge since 2014, surpassed Joan Laporta, who held the position from 2003 to 2010.
"We will strive to meet the expectations of all club members by dealing with difficulties and preserving the legacy of those who came before us," said the re-elected president.
"We will continue to improve and strive for victories, if we can provide Luis Enrique and his staff with the best tools and players for their work."
"We will continue to progress and maintain a path of victories by managing 'La Masia' (Barcelona's academy) so that it continues to produce players for the first team."
"We will work hard and sweat blood and tears for Barcelona just as those before us did, ensuring titles, an attractive style of play, club income and values, as Carles Puyol, Xavi, Eric Abidal and Lionel Messi did. This way we will remain the biggest club in the world."
In 2015, Barcelona achieved the treble, and this summer strengthened with two new additions, Aleix Vidal and Arda Turan.
