Former Real Madrid footballer Juan Antonio Camacho insists that Zinedine Zidane's main mission at the "royal" club is to win the UEFA Champions League.
The Frenchman will lead the team in this tournament for the first time tomorrow when Real takes on Roma.
Camacho, who played more than 400 matches for the Madrid team, says that the main obstacle to becoming Spanish champions is the very strong Barcelona club, so there are more chances to triumph in Europe.
"Zidane will do everything to keep Real Madrid in football elite," - former player told Goal.com.
"Now he is hindered by the very powerful Barcelona. I think the situation in Europe is better than in the Spanish league."
"The most important thing he can do is work with a positive attitude - they must believe again that they don't have to spy on anyone and can overcome anything."
"They must believe they can win the Champions League. Of course, also the Spanish league, but this title does not depend only on them. Europe, starting with Roma, will be Zidane's main mission this season."
