J. David's signature - more valuable than expected © AFP

Jonathan David is set to leave the "Lille" club as a free agent this summer.

The striker, who has been shining in France for several consecutive seasons, will have the freedom to choose his next career stop. The good news for any club that wants to sign this player is that there won't be a need to negotiate separately with "Lille," but the signing will be significantly more expensive than one might think.

According to Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri, the entire package could cost over 34 million euros.

J. David will want an annual salary of 9 million euros, the signing bonus is expected to reach 15 million euros, and an additional 10 million will need to be paid to agents.

This Canadian player is actively pursued by "Juventus" and "Inter" clubs.
