Former Real Madrid defender Julien Faubert believes that his former team will have a hard time finding a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo after his departure.
The media is increasingly discussing the further career of the Portuguese. It is not excluded that the 30-year-old footballer will leave the "white" team after this season. Faubert does not see similar problems at Barca, as Lionel Messi can be replaced by Neymar, while Real does not have such a player.
"Neymar is at the same level as Messi and Ronaldo," said the Frenchman. "He plays at a very high level, while we cannot say the same about Gareth Bale."
"After Messi, Barca will have Neymar, but after Ronaldo it is unclear what will happen to Madrid," said the 32-year-old footballer.
And finally, Faubert added: "Lionel Messi did not have to work as hard as Ronaldo. The latter reached his current level through hard work, while Messi had talent for it."
