Josep Guardiola addressed the fans of "Man City".
Catalan did not like the form of protest by the "citizens" fans against UEFA - the tournament anthem was booed before the Champions League match against Monchengladbach's team.
Thus, fans of the Premier League club expressed their opinion on the attitude of European football leaders towards their favorite club and the constant attempts to impose sanctions.
After the 4-0 victory, Guardiola said:
"I wasn't here when these things happened, but we should forget about it. It's all in the past.
What can we do - play better every time and have people say, 'I spent 90 minutes at the stadium and enjoyed it.'
Today the football arena was not full, so we have to try harder and in the future receive comments like, 'Wow, I'll definitely come here again next time.'
Guardiola praised the club's sniper Sergio Aguero, who scored three goals against the Germans.
"He is good, because he is. Sergio played well under Manuel Pellegrini and for his national team.
I know the Borussia club very well and I have never had the chance to win against coach Andre Schubert. He always creates a lot of problems for the teams I lead. But today we played well, except for the first 10-15 minutes of the first half," Guardiola insisted.
