Now, Pep Guardiola will be advised by 54-year-old Juan Manuel Lillo, who has worked with more than 15 teams throughout his career. The Spaniard started his coaching career when he was not even 30 years old. He worked with P. Guardiola in Mexico, at the “Dorados Sinaloa” club. J. Lillo was the head coach at the time, and P. Guardiola played his last season as a player in that team. P. Guardiola and J. Lillo have known each other for a long time. It is said that one of the most titled coaches in the world has drawn a lot of experience from J. Lillo.
