Before the Manchester derby happening on Sunday - sharp retorts from representatives of both teams.
The first one to throw fuel into the fire was "Man Utd" winger Facundo Pellistri, who told the press:
"Playing these matches at 'Old Trafford' stadium - a special feeling. The whole Manchester supports 'Man Utd'.
We don't see any 'Man City' flags or scarves in the city.
Sometimes I go out with my girlfriend to take a walk in the city and try to see at least one such sign, but always unsuccessfully."
In response to this statement, "citizens" manager Jose Guardiola reacted.
"Everything is fine. If this guy and his girlfriend believe in it, then everything is fine.
I will talk to the 'Puma' department and ask what happened and why we don't have scarves anymore," the coach said.
