J. Guardiola: "This time we played very aggressively"

After Tuesday's Champions League match, in which Munich's "Bayern" crushed "Roma" with a 7-1 win, Josep Guardiola praised his team, but emphasized that they can show an even better game. Football experts tend to attribute the victory to the tactical insights of the former "Barcelona" coach, but he showed confidence in the team.

"There are no good tactics without good players. This club has good leaders, excellent people, and amazing footballers. It's all about one thing - how to get the most out of them," said J. Guardiola. "But there is always room for improvement.

"This victory is not usual, but it must move forward. The first half was fantastic, and the last 10 minutes were fantastic. The second half was calmer. "Roma" is usually a good team, but we played very aggressively from the start.

"We expected a tough match. "Roma" has had a great season, and they are a good team that can play beautiful football, so this victory is a great compliment to our whole club. Tactics also deserve praise. We have to enjoy such evenings. Of course, there is a lot of praise, but we have to stay grounded. It's still early in the season. Trophies are won in May," said A. Robben.
