J. Guardiola's summer plans: at least two defenders for 70 million pounds

"Man City" coach Jose Guardiola is already making plans on how to strengthen the club's defense next summer.

"Mirror" reports that the Catalan is dreaming of acquiring several players from Munich's "Bayern", but will likely have to settle for not so famous names - players like David Alaba will not be sold for any amount of money.

In Guardiola's sights is German champions' representative Juan Bernat. This season, a defender who doesn't get much playtime would cost about 20 million pounds sterling.

Other contenders are competing in "Southampton" and "Valencia" teams. These are Virgil Van Dijk and Jose Gaya.

It is said that the "Saints" will not budge on the price for the 25-year-old Dutchman and will demand 50 million pounds sterling.
