J. Klopp after the draw with "Borussia": people expected us to be crushed

The head coach of "Liverpool" remained satisfied with his team's performance in the UEFA Europa League quarter-finals, but regretted the captain's injury.

Yesterday, coached by J. Klopp, the "reds" clashed with Borussia Dortmund club away. In the 36th minute, Divock Origi put the visitors ahead, but at the beginning of the second half, Mats Hummels equalized the score and transferred the battle to "Anfield" stadium.

"The most unfortunate thing is Jordan Henderson's injury. He suffered a knee injury and that is not good news for us. Tomorrow he will undergo tests," J. Klopp shared his first impressions.

"The Dortmund team is excellent. It's a shame we missed a goal after a set piece, but I'm glad we created plenty of dangerous opportunities. I'm almost certain that many people expected us to lose by two, three or four goals.

Our goal was very beautiful, the result of hard training work. At the moment, we are not better than Borussia, but we can definitely win in Liverpool," added the coach, who has led the "yellow-blacks" for seven years.
