Jurgen Klopp does not want to believe that Philippe Coutinho will leave Liverpool this summer.
In recent weeks, there have been increasing rumors in the media that Barcelona will try to acquire the 24-year-old Brazilian star in the summer.
This season, P. Coutinho has been demonstrating top-class football and is one of the best players in the Premier League. J. Klopp believes that the Brazilian feels happy in Liverpool and does not think about leaving.
"My feelings and opinion say that Coutinho feels really good at Liverpool," the coach told the "Melwood" publication. "We all believe that his future is at Liverpool."
"Everyone who talks about Coutinho forgets that he is still young. You say that Coutinho is the player Brazil has always dreamed of. He is only 24 and he has all the chances to become an even better footballer," added J. Klopp.
This season, P. Coutinho has already scored six goals and provided as many assists.
