„Liverpool“ head coach Jurgen Klopp does not plan to switch from club football to national team competitions. According to the German, who is constantly rumored to be taking over his country's national team, another specialist would handle those duties perfectly. „Ralf Rangnick would do well with the team, he would be my first choice“, explained J. Klopp. The 62-year-old strategist is known as the founder of „Gegenpressing“ and has inspired the same style in the „Liverpool“ coach, as well as Thomas Tuchel, Julian Nagelsmann, and other top-level German coaches. Previously, R. Rangnick had also expressed his desires. „It's a job that is important to everyone. Generally speaking, I can already imagine the future situation, but everything will depend on time. At the moment I am free, but later it may be too late for the federation to approach me“, said the veteran. The post of head coach of the German national team will become available next summer, when Joachim Low steps down from his position after the European Championship."
