On Thursday evening, the postponed English "Premier" league match between "Manchester United" and "Liverpool" teams will take place due to fans' protest. These matches will be welcomed by the "Red Devils" after a real marathon: on Sunday "Man Utd" achieved victory against "Aston Villa", and on Tuesday they had to admit Leicester's advantage. However, on Tuesday Ole Gunnar Solskjaer made as many as 10 changes in his lineup, which received a lot of criticism, as it made the situation easier for the "Foxes" in the battle for the top four. That is the exact goal "Liverpool" is currently fighting for. Nevertheless, Jurgen Klopp stood up for O. G. Solskjaer before the Thursday match and stated that the Norwegian simply had no other choice but to rotate his lineup. "I expected exactly this lineup from 'Man Utd' in that match. I knew Ole had to make certain changes after Sunday’s match. I have said about 500 times that the whole situation, which forces a team to play on the schedule Sunday - Tuesday - Thursday, is simply a crime. This is definitely not Solskjaer's or the players' fault. Many are asking me: would I have done the same? Yes, because there is simply no other way out in such a situation. We have reached the finish of the season and 'United' still has a Europa League final ahead, and the league has decided that they have to play three matches in five days. It is simply incomprehensible," said J. Klopp at a press conference.
