J. Kloppas: a judge lost control of the match after an unrecorded sideline

"Liverpool" team does not have an easy ending to the season in the English "Premier" League - the "Reds" for the second time in a row lost points and burned the advantage against "Man City" to just three points. In Monday's match, "West Ham" achieved a 1:1 draw. "Liverpool" scored their goal from an obvious offside, which was acknowledged by Jurgen Klopp himself. However, the manager believes that after the referee's error in this situation, the main referee lost control of the match, making mistakes in favor of the "West Ham" players. "I have heard that our goal was offside, I am sure the referee knows that well," said J. Klopp. "In 50-50 situations, penalty kicks always went in favor of the opposing team, which was difficult to accept and certainly did not make our life easier," the coach remarked to the referee. "When you are a human being, I know that after a mistake you made in the first half, you no longer want to give an advantage to that team. Referees are human beings just like us, I understand that, but during the match I had no inkling that our goal was scored from an offside position," continued the German. Speaking about the match itself, J. Klopp couldn't say many positive things: "We simply did not enjoy the game enough. There's no point in talking about pressure, in such situations the most important thing is to enjoy the game. The positive thing is that we have 62 points and in this stage of the season we have only experienced one failure."
