J. Kloppas about Manchester Derby: "It happened what I expected"

"Liverpool" and "Manchester City" teams continue to fiercely fight for the Premier League title. Both teams have three matches left to play until the end of the season, and "City" currently has just one point advantage over "Liverpool".

"The Citizens" secured a crucial victory on Wednesday, defeating "Manchester United" in the derby. However, "Liverpool" coach Jurgen Klopp stated that this was exactly the kind of derby ending he had hoped for.

"I didn't stress about these matches at all. It happened exactly as I expected. United played a very good first half, but at the moment they are not able to compete with City for the full 90 minutes.

If nothing unexpected happens, then City wins such matches, so I was not surprised at all," Klopp told "Sky Sports" television.

The German also mentioned that this victory for "Man City" does not definitively determine the outcome in the fight for the Premier League trophy.

"Everything is still fine and the fate of the title is not yet decided. Wednesday's match was not the season finale. It was just another City game where they deserved the victory," added the coach.

"Liverpool" will face "Huddersfield" in the Premier League on Friday.
