Barcelona club president Joan Laporta revealed that he wants head coach Hansi Flick to stay with the team for as long as possible:

"H. Flick knows that we want this stage to continue for as long as possible.

The German prefers shorter contracts, renewing it every year. This is evident considering his current contract.”

Hansi Flick's contract with Barcelona is valid until next summer.
