As "Sport" wrote, the leader, who has recently been talking to candidates for the strategist position, may make an unexpected decision.
If "Barcelona" could defeat Paris Saint Germain and advance to the semi-finals of the Champions League, then J. Laporta would already plead for Xavi to stay in the team.
Earlier, the coach had stated that he had finally decided to step down from his position after the season.
Currently, "Barcelona" is in second place in the Spanish championship, eight points behind Madrid's "Real".
