"Manchester United" defender Jesse Lingard believes that the team still has real chances to finish the season in the top four.
The "Red Devils" have gone four matches without a win in the "Premier League. Currently, they are eight points away from the fourth position, and a staggering 18 points away from the top spot.
J. Lingard believes that "Man Utd" played a great game against London's "Arsenal" and the confidence level will carry over to the next matches.
"There is still a long way to go until the end of the season. Our goal is to approach every game and strive to earn three points," said the Englishman briefly about the team's ambitions.
"This month we have many matches ahead, so all players need to be prepared. Obviously, there will be a lot of rotations, but all players must be ready to give their all 100 percent.
There is a sense of confidence in the squad - we believe in what we are doing. In the match against "Arsenal," we showed dedication on the field, which resulted in a good performance.
Of course, there is always a great sense of responsibility at the "Man Utd" club, but you have to deal with this pressure," added J. Lingard.
"Man Utd" will face the league's bottom team, London's "Fulham," over the weekend.
