The head coach of London's "Chelsea" Jose Mourinho confirmed that the team captain John Terry will soon receive an offer for a new contract.
The 34-year-old footballer extended his contract for another year in May of this year. However, it seems that "the Blues" with an Englishman do not want to part ways next year, so a new contract will soon be attempted to be signed.
"There is no doubt that John will receive an offer for a new contract," - the specialist from Portugal said before the match against "Southampton".
"I know he knows that. Terry is a very important player for our team, so a contract will be signed with him sooner or later. This is a formality," J.Mourinho added.
