London's "Tottenham" on Saturday suffered their second consecutive defeat in the "Premier" league, when they had to acknowledge the advantage of "Liverpool" at home with a score of 0:1.
After the match, "Spurs" manager Jose Mourinho said that his team deserved more in these matches, but he admitted that "Liverpool" is currently the best team in the world.
"Sometimes you get more than you deserve, sometimes - less. That's football. In these matches we didn't get anything, even though we deserved at least a point.
"In this match, the best team in the world at the moment played against a team that is going through a very difficult period. My players were fantastic today and managed to create problems for the opponents," J. Mourinho told BBC after the match.
The Portuguese was also not satisfied when the only goal of the match was scored. "Liverpool" scored when the ball was returned from outside the "Tottenham" penalty area, but J. Mourinho is convinced that in that situation the ball should have been given to his players.
"I didn't see the video replay, but from what I saw, I am convinced that we should have been given the ball in that situation from outside the penalty area. I don't quite understand why the VAR system couldn't help the referee in that situation," added the "Spurs" manager.
