J. Mourinho criticized his youth and club management after unsuccessful matches

Jose Mourinho after yet another unsuccessful preparation match did not hold back and said everything he thinks about the prospects of the "Manchester United" team players.

The "Red Devils", who are still forced to play without key players, suffered a defeat against "Liverpool" during the preparation. Jurgen Klopp's players dominated the match and crushed the opponents with a score of 4-1.

After the match, J. Mourinho stated that no one should expect better results with this squad, and the brightest star of the team, Alexis Sanchez, is just "a soldier on the field".

A journalist asked the Portuguese why A. Sanchez looks so unhappy - J. Mourinho couldn't hold back: "Look, do you want him to be happy playing with the players we have now?"

"In this preparation cycle, the most important thing is to somehow get through it and not experience even more embarrassing defeats. Alexis is the only attacker we have. He is a poor man trying to squeeze the best out of this situation," continued the Portuguese.

Later, J. Mourinho pointed out that these results should not be taken too seriously, as the vast majority of the current players will not start in the main team when the season begins.

"We started the match with most players who will not be there when the season begins. This is not the squad I will work with. Not even half of the players will be there on August 9th. So, you should not read too much into it," J. Mourinho continued to show his lack of confidence in his youth.

After the match, J. Mourinho did not hesitate to criticize the club's management, saying that they are not working in the transfer window as they should.

"I would like to get two more new players, but I think I won't get them. It's possible I will get one player. But he will be one of those five I mentioned to the club a few months ago," J. Mourinho concluded.
