"Manchester United" coach Jose Mourinho continues to search for the reasons for the poor performance of the team.
Last Saturday's draw with "Southampton" was already the third in a row and after this result, the "Red Devils" gave up the second position in the "Premier" League to London's "Chelsea" club.
They are already 15 points behind the leader "Man City", and the coach, who previously talked about the mistakes of the competitors, now insists that his players are just not doing well.
"I feel like things are just not going my way, but when things don't go well in football, you have to outplay your opponents, and that's exactly what we are trying to do," said Mourinho.
"When I talk about three important decisions, three penalties in such matches, where a penalty and a goal could make a huge difference, I want to say that things are not going well, because that's how I feel."
"I could have a theory about bad luck, but that's not entirely true, because, frankly, I am satisfied with the referees' work in those games. It was just unsuccessful decisions."
"You must have it set in your mind that penalties against "City", "Leicester", and "Southampton" were not really penalties."
Adding to the failures of "Manchester United", yesterday the team's manager had to announce that strikers Romelu Lukaku and Zlatan Ibrahimovic had to be dropped from the lineup due to injuries.
