Jose Mourinho hopes "Manchester United" will improve until the end of his current contract, but refuses to talk about future plans.
The Portugal took over the helm of the "Red Devils" team last season and immediately led them to titles in the UEFA Europa League and the English League Cup.
"Man United" is trying to use this as a fresh start and this year they already hold the second place in the Premier League, compared to finishing in sixth place last year.
"I signed a three-year contract and when I signed a three-year contract, it was essentially to try to improve the team's direction," Mourinho told the "Daily Mirror".
"Obviously, in order to improve the team's direction, it means we need to win titles, which we did last season."
"However, when we talk about titles, everyone thinks about the Premier League."
Indeed, the "red devils" are currently eight points behind the leader "Manchester City".
The coach also added that winning the English championship will certainly not be easy, as five other teams with similar resources also have such goals.
