J. Mourinho: "The only thing that bothers me is player fatigue"

Jose Mourinho is concerned about the current situation of London's Tottenham team.

The "Spurs" had a disappointing start in the UEFA Champions League round of 16, losing 0-1 at home to the Leipzig team. Tottenham has two painful losses - Harry Kane and Heung-min Son have suffered injuries until the end of the season.

J. Mourinho mentioned after the match that the result doesn't scare him too much, as his biggest concern is the increasingly thin squad.

"We are not in a very good situation," - said the Portuguese. - As for the match with Leipzig, there wouldn't be any problems if we didn't have to play in the FA Cup and the Premier League."

"I am not at all worried about the result, I believe in my team and I know that we can come back with a victory from Germany. What worries me the most is that we have many tired players who still have a lot of matches ahead of them.

"Lamela could only play for 20 minutes today, Ndombele is not ready for a 90-minute battle. Lucas Moura was 'dead', just like other regular players - Bergwijn and Giovani Lo Celso," - Mourinho did not hide his disappointment with the current situation.

The return match in Germany will take place on March 10th. During that time, Tottenham will play four more matches.
