J. Mourinho: We are not as bad as people think

The chief coach of "Manchester United" Jose Mourinho was satisfied with the determination of his players in the Manchester Derby.

In the English Premier League yesterday, the Manchester derby took place, where "Man City" could secure the title. Everything led to that - the "City" team led by 2-0 after the first half, but in the second half the "Red Devils" showed real character and took the victory from their opponents.

"I was very disappointed after the first goal, as it was probably their third goal against us this season when they stand taller than us after a corner," J. Mourinho said.

"After the second missed goal, it was still important for the players to stay confident. In the second half, we played with the ball in a way no team has played against them before. We pressed them a little and as a result achieved a positive result.

"The biggest compliments go to my guys, who did not give up after a tough first half. These were very important matches to improve our position in the top four. These three points were the essence of it all," J. Mourinho added.

Finally, J. Mourinho responded to the frequent criticism: "We are not the team people talk about. We are not as bad a team as they say - I am not like that and neither are my players. Even if "United" does not win the title in the next 50 years, they will still be "United".

"I know how important it was to beat the local team for our fans. They can celebrate because we beat both "City" and "Liverpool".
