The famous football coach Jose Mourinho is returning to the international audience-oriented propaganda channel RT, having received a permanent job.
RT announced that the Portuguese, who was dismissed from the position of head coach of the prestigious English Premier League (EPL) club "Manchester United" at the end of last year, will host a special program "On the Frontline with Jose Mourinho" to discuss the UEFA Champions League.
The show will air every two weeks, with the debut expected on March 7 - immediately after the Champions League round of 16 second leg matches.
The 56-year-old J. Mourinho recently visited Russia. At that time, his visit to an ice hockey team training session was filmed.
"I will talk about football on RT, did you think I would do something else?" - said the Portuguese, previously hinting that he could transition to another sport.
Earlier, J. Mourinho commented on the World Cup matches in Russia for RT.
Generously supported by the Russian government, the television channel is known for its aggressive presence in the media market and offers high salaries and career opportunities to professionals from Western countries.
RT claims to be a normal media outlet, but faces criticism for spreading Kremlin propaganda to Western audiences.
