Germany's national team coach Julian Nagelsmann demands patience from his players in the upcoming match.
According to the specialist, in the quarterfinals of the European Championship against Spain, his players will have to compete very intelligently if they want to achieve a significant victory.
"There is always room for improvement. I was very happy in the first 20 minutes against Denmark, but now we will have to make an effort not to rush events, stay patient, and maintain ball control.
If we manage to play like in the early stages of the match against the Danes, it will definitely be difficult for us to overcome," said J. Nagelsmann.
German midfielder Ilkay Gundogan said:
"Now both teams probably demonstrate the best football in the tournament. The team that will cope with the tasks without the ball and without panicking will probably succeed."
The Germany vs Spain match will be played on July 5 at 19:00 in the Stuttgart Arena.
