J. Obi Mikel: 'V. Osimhen wanted to move to Chelsea'

Former Chelsea defender John Obi Mikel stated on his podcast that Victor Osimhen wanted to move to the "aristocrats" team:

"I know that many people say that V. Osimhen did not want to move to Chelsea... That is not true. Victor really wanted to transfer to the 'aristocrat' club because he understands that he still has a lot to prove in Europe. He wants to move to Chelsea."

The Nigerian wants to come here and help the club get back to where it belongs. He understands that he can score many goals in the English Premier League, and there is no better place to do that than in V. Osimhen's childhood team, Chelsea.

Victor Osimhen will play for Istanbul's Galatasaray on a loan basis this season.
