On Saturday, all three leaders of the tournament table played their last match in this season's Spanish "Primera". Madrid's "Atletico", remaining in third place, wrote themselves into history this season.
"Rojiblancos", led by goalkeeper Jan Oblak, only conceded 18 goals this season. This is the best result since the 1993-94 season, when Paco Liano, defending La Coruna's "Deportivo", also conceded the same number of goals in a season.
J. Oblak did not miss a single "Primera" match and played in all 38 rounds. In total, "Atletico" kept a clean sheet in 24 Spanish league matches.
J. Oblak won the "Ricardo Zamora" trophy, which is awarded to the best goalkeeper in the "Primera" each season.
