James Rodriguez is returning to Europe to play after a short spell in Qatar. Journalist F. Romano announces that the 31-year-old Colombian will join the ranks of the Piraeus "Olympiacos" team. The attacking midfielder will join the Greek champions on loan, where he will reunite with his former teammate Marcelo. J. Rodriguez played with Marcelo in the Madrid "Real" club in 2014-2017 and 2019-2020. Together with the royal club, Rodriguez won two Champions League titles. The ranks of "Olympiacos" should soon be supplemented by "Marseille" striker Cedric Bakambu, also reported by F. Romano. The Greek champions are competing in the Europa League this season.
