J. Sampaoli revealed serious problems of the Chilean national team and A. Vidal

Former Chile national team coach, now leading Argentina, Jorge Sampaoli revealed serious problems that the Chileans who did not qualify for the 2018 World Cup have. J. Sampaoli, with the help of Lionel Messi, made it to the World Cup, but the Chile national team lost to Brazil in the final matches and had to come to terms with the thought that they would not go to Russia next summer. The 57-year-old coach revealed the problems in this team: "The biggest problems are with Arturo Vidal, who even needs medical help. He drinks a lot and completely loses control of himself. I remember when we were flying from Lima. Vidal came up and asked to open a beer bottle he bought at the airport. I said it was not allowed as important people were flying with us. He didn't drink the beer, but he behaved differently - with his group, he opened a bottle of whiskey. Everyone knows about his problem, but for some reason, he is still covered up." J. Sampaoli also named other players who like to party: "Gary Medel liked parties, but he doesn't drink anymore. Mauricio Pinilla always thought only about parties when he came to the national team, and Eduardo Vargas looked worse and worse every time he came to the team." Criticism also fell on Chile's biggest star, Alexis Sanchez: "He is always with his headphones, eats alone, and does not communicate at all with other players." J. Sampaoli led the Chilean national team from 2012 to 2016.
