J. Stonesas submitted a request to sell it

Goal.com reported that Liverpool's "Everton" defender John Stones, who is on Chelsea's radar, has requested to be sold.

Earlier, the Merseyside club rejected two offers of 20 and 26 million pounds respectively, but according to the same source, they should not refuse a 30 million offer.

The 21-year-old Englishman informed Everton's chief coach Roberto Martinez earlier this summer about his desire to move to Stamford Bridge, but as Liverpool did not want to let him go, the defender had to submit an official request.

Although Everton's coach does not want to give up his main central defender, who has played all three matches in the Premier League this season, it is believed that Stones' transfer to the "aristocrats" is just a matter of time.

Chelsea's manager Jose Mourinho sees this player as a long-term replacement for captain John Terry, who was substituted just after the first half against Manchester City two weeks ago and was also sent off with a straight red card last weekend against West Bromwich.
