Jonathan Tah's time at the "Bayer" club in Leverkusen has come to an end.

The 29-year-old German has announced that he will leave the ranks of the German champions as a free agent at the end of this season.

J. Tah spent a total of 10 years at the "Bayer" club. He joined in 2015 after leaving the "Hamburger" team.

In the last two seasons, the center-back scored as many as 6 goals. He significantly contributed to "Bayer’s" triumph in the last Bundesliga season.
