After recovering from an ankle injury, Julian Weigl returned to training with Dortmund's Borussia today.
The 21-year-old footballer got injured in a Bundesliga match against Augsburg in May and has not been able to train at full intensity since then.
Now the midfielder hopes to be back on the field in September.
"Borussia" mentioned on their Twitter account that Weigl will be ready to play again "one or two weeks after the international break".
The club's shared videos also show the progress of the German's rehabilitation, which is great news, as he played 30 matches in the starting lineup last season in the German championship.
