J. Wilshere: Leaving "Arsenal" was my decision.

Jack Wilshere spent as many as 17 years with the London team "Arsenal". The Brit defended the honor of the "Gunners" team since 2001, when he was only nine years old playing in the youth team. Since 2008, J. Wilshere played in the main team and was loaned out twice during that time. However, it was unquestionable that the footballer would extend his contract with "Arsenal". But the 26-year-old footballer decided to move to the "West Ham" team and as he himself confirmed - it was his own decision. "I decided to leave myself. Of course, it took me some time to make this decision. I had a connection with "West Ham" since I was a kid. I went to their games, watched the players. Of course, I had to consider all options, abroad and in England. But as soon as I sat down, it was clear to me. They have ambitions, they play in a big stadium in front of great fans. We can really create something special here," said J. Wilshere.
