J.Bartomeu: "The team is already formed"

The chosen president of "Barcelona" Josep Maria Bartomeu arrived in San Francisco from Wednesday to Thursday night, where he immediately received the attention of Catalan team tour accompanied by journalists in the USA.

Many have been interested in recent rumors about a possible departure of forward Pedro Rodriguez and defender Adriano.

The Spaniard is actively linked to several English clubs, especially "Manchester United", while another possible career stop for the Brazilian is mentioned as the "AS Roma" team.

"The team is formed and balanced. Luis Enrique has the players he needs. This summer our transfer market activity is over," said the head of the Catalan team. "No one has officially approached us about Pedro or Adriano. The coach needs every player currently in the team, because we want to win every season."

According to the head of the Catalan club, if any player wanted to leave, they would just need to talk to the club managers: "I don't see the point of discussing any rumors now. The team has coaches, technical staff that any player can always turn to. If someone decides to leave 'Barca', then decisions will be appropriate."

During a previously held press conference, "Barcelona" strategist Luis Enrique also clearly indicated that he is not willing to easily say goodbye to his former students who have become targets for other teams.

"Every player has the right to choose. If someone decides to leave, buyers will have to pay the full price," said the specialist.

The coach confirmed discussing future season plans with Pedro: "I told him what I think, he told me his thoughts. What we talked about, you journalists won't find out from me."
