"Man City" coach Josep Guardiola believes that the shy character of his promising team's defender Phil Foden hinders his development.
The 19-year-old Englishman is one of the most talented players in the country, but so far has not been able to earn a permanent place in the lineup of the "City" team.
"He is a shy guy. I would like him to talk to me more often, but every time I approach and start a conversation, Phil looks at me too respectfully.
