The new head coach of the top Spanish league team "Zaragoza" has been appointed Manolo Jimenez.
The 47-year-old specialist, who previously coached "Sevilla" and Athens AEK, will replace the dismissed Javier Aguirre.
Jimenez was not the main candidate - "Zaragoza" initially offered the position to Michel, but he refused to sign the contract.
This season, five Spanish teams changed coaches: in addition to "Zaragoza", there were "Villarreal", Santander's "Racing", "Real Mallorca" and Madrid's "Atletico."
