J.Klopp: we lost deservedly, but it's not the end yet

Jurgen Klopp admitted the advantage of "Juventus" in the first UEFA Champions League quarter-final match in Turin, but believes in his team's chances to bounce back at home.

The experienced strategist-led Dortmund's "Borussia" eleven lost to the Italians with a score of 1-2. Marco Reus stood out in the German ranks, while Carlos Tevez and Alvaro Morata scored for the home team.

"It's not true that we didn't attack in the second half, but before the break we played really well," the German team's coach said after the match. "The essence of our game plan was pressing and keeping an eye on Chiellini and Bonucci, who start the sharp attacks."

"We allowed the opponent to score two simple goals, which always complicates any match. We undeservingly trailed in the first half, but after the break, 'Juve' proved that they deserved the win, but it's not over yet. We will see what happens in Dortmund," he added.

"I think we can play better at home. Another match against 'Juve' is waiting for us. It's not unusual for a team like this to lose one of the two matches. We will try to bounce back in the second leg," Klopp said.

The return match in Dortmund will be played on March 18 at 9:45 PM Lithuanian time.
