J.Rodriguez: Don't blame only S.Ulreich

The Munich "Bayern" team showed character and in the return UEFA Champions League semi-final match delivered a sauna to Madrid "Real" team.

However, defensive gaps did not allow the Germans to achieve victory, and one gross mistake became an unpleasant surprise for both the team's fans and the club's coaches.

It happened at the beginning of the second half, when "Bayern" goalkeeper Sven Ulreich failed to grab the ball and Karim Benzema was left to finish the formalities, scoring into the empty net.

James Rodriguez, who scored one goal in the match, defended his teammate.

"We cannot blame the goalkeeper for the failure, he saved opponent's shots many times.

The whole team made mistakes both in the first match in Germany and last night at the "Santiago Bernabeu" stadium.

"We played a good game, but if "Real" took a step further, it means they didn't fall behind," said the Colombian.

"We need to calm down and think about the German Cup final."
